Topsy Turvy Zebra Cake

My absolute favorite cake now! Its a Topsy Turvy Whimisical Cake...I made it for my niece's 10th Birthday! Isn't just the cutest thing you've ever seen????

Baby Cake

This was my first baby shower cake. I was given the baby on top. I had so much fun doing the stripes. This was my first tier cake with buttercream icing and fondant mixed. This cake was done all in the same weekend fo the cowboy cake! I was a little busy in that one day.

Baseball Cake

For My nephew...he loves baseball and this cake was just for him! It was a fun cake with alot of detail. I hope to be able to do this cake again! It was so uch fun. It is all fondant wit graham crackers for the dirt! Everyone loved it!

Train Cake

My son is in love with trains! For his 2nd Birthday, I knew I had to make it special! I decided to try to be creative. I learned alot from this cake. I learned the following: I do not like putting fondant on a buttercream cake, Black is hard to deal with, and I absolutely love the new letter cutouts I bought!

I will definitely be using the lessons I learned and applying them in the future. Everything is still a work in progress!!

Ladybugs...

My niece was turning 7 and wanted a lady bug theme! Instead of using that ball pan for more sports themes-we decided it would be the perfect basis for ladybug bodies! How cute did this turn out! She was so happy with it. I love doing cakes like these in strict buttercream.

Father's Birthday!

For my Father's Birthday, I did something a little more traditional. I made a family recipe and added the white chocolate covered strawberry's. Everyone absolutely loved it!

Candy Corn Cookies

I haven't had the opportunity to make many cookies, but my niece and I had alot of fun figuring out the royal icing! Hopefully in the near future we will be getting to experiment with some more designs! I'm looking forward to doing cookie bouquets!

Basketball

My nephew was playing basketball a few months back, and I was able to bake this for him! The kids absolutely loved it. I will be using this pan for many other sports scenes in the near future. I love all the different things you can do with it!

Cowboy Cake

This was a last minute cake I did for a friend about 6 hours before her son's birthday party. I usually like to add more decorations, but this is all I had time for. I think it turned out okay. I wish I could have added more decorations! Next time I have some extremely cute ideas!
